The base cost for Sisterlocks™ is $1000. The final cost is determined by your hair’s density and length, your head size, and the desired size of the Sisterlocks™. The cost is disclosed during the consultation.

The initial Sisterlocks™installation process can last anywhere between 24 and 36 hours. Due to the time obligation, we require that our calendar is closed out to all clients for the entire day. Sisterlocks™ require a high level of skill and experience to install and maintain. The Sisterlocks™ technique is also trademarked. Sumptuous Locks owner and CEO, Wariesi Flores, is R-Certified and trained to teach courses, which makes her the ultimate expert in Sisterlocks™ installations.

Yes, you can! 2-3 inches of natural hair is required to get started. You are welcome to leave your permed or texturizer hair as is until you feel comfortable enough to cut the permed ends off. 

Clients cannot transition to Sisterlocks™ with traditional locs. We recommend transitioning to an interlocking method instead. We can help you transistion to an interlockling method.

Sisterlocks™ are offered as a three step process: Consultation, Installation, and Follow-up. The Installation cannot be scheduled until one weeks after the consultation takes place.

The starting cost for maintance is $180 Sisterlocks™. This depends on the length and number of your Sisterlocks you have.

Your hair is required be shampooed and lightly blow dried within 24 hours of your instillation appointment. If you do not wash your hair (or it’s not properly cleansed), we will charge a service fee to make sure your hair is prepped for instillation. Please do not put any oils, grease or any form of conditioner in your hair.

You can schedule an in person or virtual consultation using Genbooks. We review your goals (bring in 3 photos of your favorite Sisterlocks), assess your loose natural hair and determine the cost as well as the amount of time it will take to complete the service.
